hi there, i'm new to these forums, i was sent here because all my posts on midway forums have been ignored and then i relised i might be able to get help here

but anywayz, heres my post, i've jus copied and pasted it from midway

Hey there people, i am new to these forums happy
i used to have the suffering on PS2 but have recently purchases it for PC as it has better graphics and i no longer have a PS2 happy
However, since the begging there have been some quite annoying sound issues, at first after first installing the game and choosing all the sound options on and not leaving the sound output to default, i had like almost no sound, but after doing a system restore to before i even installed the suffering, it let me change the sound settings back to default but i still left the other 2 on, now i have full sound!!!!
well when i'm using the revolvers :/ any other gun and its glitchy as hell and is quite frankly, rubbish happy

anyways i reckon if i turn off the other 2 sound options it'll all be fine and dandy happy
but how do i get this configuration box back up, i have vista service pack 2 :P
i hope this helps, need any other info, ask me

please help asap as i really enjoyed this game and want to play it on my PC

i managed to change the sound config and its still not working except when i use revs...

Wish I could help. I only played it on consoles.

Are you playing the first game, "The Suffering", or the second game, "The Ties That Bind"?

Sorry chief. I only have Suffering on the PS2.

its alright lads

on pc and the first one, prison is hell
i had it on ps2 and i'd buy it on xbox and play it on my 360 but due to me having my 360 on a computer monitor it aint compatible, so i brought it on pc, only to find that the sound only works on the revs, and the patch wont install even tho i doubt it'd do anything, if you think of what it could be, give us a shout
